Return Policy:
- Product Return Policy Summary & Guidelines
- In general, we offer the same return policy as most major department stores nationwide.
- Product returns are accepted within 30 days, no hassle, no questions.
- We cover all return shipping costs and assist with UPS return shipment.
- All items must be packed in original packaging provided with the product, with all accessories, in new condition.
- If item has been used, use must adhere to manufactures terms and conditions under the warranty policy.
- Restocking fees will apply for returned items with obvious use and wear. Damaged or altered products may be refused for credit and returned to the buyer.
- Shipments refused by the buyer / recipient and returned by our shipper will be billed a 10% restocking fee (10% of original purchase price) and all related shipment costs . Shipment costs will include: Insurance, shipment from our facility, and return costs to our facility. - NOTE: This policy is for refused shipments only.
- Return Assistance: Call one of our sales representatives toll-free at 1-866-927-4327 to obtain an RMA number for your product return. All products returns must have original invoice (or copy) with RMA number present, or a restocking fee may apply.
- Fax: Return authorization may also be requested by fax at (989) 269-2400. Please fax original copy of your invoice with request for Return Authorization.
